Data Deletion Requests

To request account or personal data deletion, email privacy@chilladventurelabs.com from the email associated with your account.

Include:

• Your account email address
• The app name tied to your request
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion

If your request is related to a third-party integration (for example Garmin), include that provider name so we can remove the linked integration data.

We may request additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Target processing time for valid requests is within 30 days.
